2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identity & Contact: Name, email, phone, address — for service delivery and contract performance.
• Account Data: Login credentials, subscription tier, billing info — for account management.
• Usage & Analytics: Pages visited, features used, session duration — for platform improvement.
• Communications: Call recordings, SMS logs, email correspondence — for quality assurance and compliance.
• Lead Data (Client-Submitted): Prospect names, phones, emails uploaded by clients — processed on client instructions.
• Device & Technical: IP address, browser type, cookies — for security and fraud prevention.
• Payment Data: Card last 4 digits, billing address (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing, operating, and improving the ALI platform
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Sending transactional emails, SMS alerts, and service notifications
• Sending marketing communications (with your consent; opt out any time)
• AI-assisted lead scoring and outbound campaign management on behalf of clients
• Complying with legal obligations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, etc.)
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: Stripe, Twilio, Retell AI, Resend, AWS, Telnyx. See our Sub-Processor List.
• Client CRM Systems: Lead data forwarded to your configured CRM per your instructions.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition, with confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, analytics, and advertising. Manage preferences via our Cookie Preference Center. Full inventory at Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

6. Data Retention

• Account & billing records: 7 years after account closure
• Call recordings: 2 years, then deleted
• TCPA consent records: 5 years minimum
• Lead & campaign data: Duration of client relationship + 2 years
• Marketing opt-out records: Indefinite (to honor opt-outs)
• Website analytics: 26 months

7. Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to: know what personal information we collect; delete your personal information; correct inaccurate data; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

All Users

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. TCPA & SMS/Voice Communications

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive communications, we may contact you via automated calls or SMS. Opt out any time by replying STOP to any SMS or emailing [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Data Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for details.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact [email protected] if you believe we have inadvertently collected such data.

11. Business Clients — Data Processing

For business clients, ALI acts as a data processor on your instructions. Our obligations are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, incorporated into our Terms of Service.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
