Our Commitment

Apex Lead Intelligence LLC is committed to ensuring that the ALI platform and our public website are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continually work to improve the accessibility of our digital properties.

Conformance Status

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Our current status is partially conformant — some areas of the platform are still being updated to meet full accessibility standards.

Known areas of active improvement:

  • Audio content (AI call recordings) — transcripts are available for all recorded calls
  • Complex data tables in the Admin panel — ARIA labels being added
  • Color contrast in certain UI components — under review

Technical Specifications

The ALI platform relies on the following technologies for conformance:

  • HTML5 semantic markup
  • ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes
  • CSS for visual presentation
  • JavaScript for interactive components

Assistive Technology Support

We test our platform with the following assistive technologies:

  • NVDA screen reader (Windows)
  • VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
