Under the CCPA and other applicable state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. While Apex Lead Intelligence LLC does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, we may share certain data with advertising partners (such as Meta) for targeted advertising purposes, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law.
We may share hashed email addresses and phone numbers with Meta (Facebook) via the Conversions API for advertising attribution. We do not sell your name, address, call recordings, or any sensitive personal information to third parties.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC opt-out signal, we will automatically treat it as an opt-out of data sharing for advertising purposes.
